Great Lamingtons

Hadn't had a Lamington for decades - since I became gluten free. These were amazing. Light and perfect. Loved them. Made my gluten free heart sing.

Amazing product and service!

What an awesome level of customer service! My sister loved lamington cakes when she was in Australia but cannot have most American cakes because of a severe gluten allergy. I found Sans bakery and although I live in KC, the bakery is in NJ and my sis is in Florida I thought it would make a wonderful birthday surprise! I ordered six lamington cakes and was set to surprise her. But the weather and delivery service had other plans. And although the cakes made it a day past her birthday, they were still incredibly delicious! Individually wrapped and just scrumptious! And because my sister had reached out with concerns about the order, she was sent a brand new order of six lamington cakes. Absolutely incredible service and cakes!!! Will be ordering again!
