WHERE IS SANS BAKERY LOCATED? I NEED A COOKIE, STAT!
Sans Bakery’s retail storefront and production bakery is located in the Falchi Building in Long Island City, NYC. The address is 31-00 47th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101. Please email or call to confirm retail hours.
If you are not able to make it out to Long Island City, all our goodies are available for purchase through our online store and at local coffee shops, cafes, grocery stores and other places where the cool kids hang out. Refer to our our retailers page for a list of locations near you.
IS YOUR BAKING FACILITY GLUTEN-FREE?
YES, Sans Bakery is certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), one of the leading gluten-free certification programs in the world.
HOW LONG DO YOUR BAKED GOODS LAST?
Because we don’t use any preservatives or stabilizers, we recommend eating our goodies within a few days.
All items can be kept in an airtight container and left at room temperature for 5-7 days.
ALL of our goods can also be frozen! If you’d like, upon receiving your order, you can place it in an airtight zipper bag and stick it in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat it, put it in the fridge to defrost. Once it is soft to the touch again, bring it back up to room temperature on the counter. Then a quick trip to the oven or toaster should do the trick.

WHAT KIND OF INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
Sans uses the best ingredients we can get our doughy hands on, because we believe that you get out of a product what you put into it. All of our flours come from gluten-free facilities. We source our butter and eggs locally, and our chocolate is of the highest quality and made without any preservatives and uses a non-GMO soy lecithin— the only place in our ingredients where soy is used.
DO YOU MAKE SUGAR FREE BAKED GOODS?
Not at this time.
DO YOU ACCOUNT FOR OTHER ALLERGIES IN YOUR BAKING?
All of our products are absolutely gluten-free, but may contain other allergens such as casein and nuts. While we do not directly use soy products, our baked goods may contain soy lecithin through our chocolate. The complete ingredient list for each baked good is available on the website so you can make sure that you are choosing a product that is safe for you to enjoy.
