DO YOU SHIP YOUR DELICIOUS BAKED GOODS?
Yes! We ship via FedEx within the Continental US only through our online store. There is a Flat Rate shipping fee calculated at Check Out. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship baked goods internationally due to customs restrictions. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Please Note- Long Distance Shipments will not go out on Fridays. Any order placed Thursday-Sunday will go out the following Monday. Please plan accordingly when ordering. Local Shipments (NY/NJ) will be shipped Monday- Friday.
Given the perishable nature of our offerings, Sans Bakery does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange and/or refunds is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging or handling of the goods.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strike, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons that are outside of our controls. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.
Any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in delays/non delivery are not eligible for refunds.
